I cannot say enough wonderful things. The staff, service, accommodations, and experience were simply the best we have ever experienced. Hands down. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and part of the “family”. Cynthia is an outstanding chef - breakfasts and snacks were oh so tasty, and they accommodated our allergies without hesitation. Judy is a gracious and engaging owner. Together they are an unbeatable team. Pair that with an extremely comfortable and well-appointed room, a house with multiple beautiful sitting areas inside and out, and, well, just perfection. The house and property and even more beautiful than the pictures. And the location was just perfect - midtown Atlanta - easy walking to Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens, and Beltline Trail. We made so many memories - can’t wait to go back. Book now - your only regret will be you didn’t do it sooner.

When on this property you forget you are in Midtown Atlanta. You feel like you are on a country estate in the middle of nowhere. The sleeping porch is the place to sit with a book and a cup of coffee and daydream. The wrap around screened porch is a nice place to just sit and watch the squirrels play or listen to the birds. You can't hear the street noise because of how the home sits on the property. The food is delicious and well prepared. You get several choices for breakfast. The coffee was amazing. You will enjoy sitting at the table with the other guests chatting and getting to know them. It felt like we were at home.
