Stonehurst Place is Atlanta’s first eco-friendly luxury bed and breakfast inn and features deluxe rooms and suites with gourmet breakfast served to guests each morning. In addition to a large collection of books coveted by guests for their interesting and varied subject matter, the inn juxtaposes museum-quality art with family photos of the original owners and their family.
“Stonehurst Place is truly a unique bed and breakfast inn,” said interior designer and owner Barb Shadomy. “The combination of historic elements of the home with up to date luxury baths and contemporary furniture is unique in a sea of Victorian bric a brac accommodation.”
Stonehurst Place is one of only two Georgia inns feautured in the publication. “This was not your typical B&B,” commented a guest in a recent online review. “Great attention is paid to the details of the property and the stylings are a nice balance between modern luxury and classic.”
